Samson Raphael Osagie, Ph.D.
Managing Partner/Lead Solicitor
A1994 graduate of the Faculty of Law, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife, Osun State. He was called to the Nigerian Bar as Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria on March 22nd, 1995. He established SAMSON IMA-OSAGIE & ASSOCIATES upon completing his National Youth Service at the Ogun State Ministry of Justice and after a brief stint at some Law firms in Benin City and Lagos in 1997.
He is a Private Legal Practitioner with background in Civil, Criminal, Corporate and Commercial Law Practice, and is highly motivated to providing efficient and effective professional services to individuals, organizations and state-owned enterprises. He has been involved in providing legal services in complex Corporate and Commercial transactions and litigations for various sector clients.
He is also trained as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Mediators and Conciliators. He is a Chartered Arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, United Kingdom. He is also a Notary Public.
He is a member of several professional bodies including the Nigeria Bar Association and VICE PRESIDENT , Africa Bar Association, West Africa Region.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Law with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) both at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and the Nigerian Law School. He has also developed himself by acquiring a triple Master Degrees in Law, Public Administration (MPA) and International Relations (MS.C) from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and University of Abuja respectively. He also bagged a Doctorate degree (Ph. D) in Political Economy and Development Studies from the University of Abuja. He acquired specialized trainings in Law, Strategic Business Management, Leadership and Strategic Legislative Management in Harvard, Oxford, International Law Institute and University of Pretoria, South Africa respectively.
He had a successful political career by serving as a Legislator at the Edo State House of Assembly and House of Representatives, National Assembly where he rose to the position of the Minority Whip uo until June 2015.
He served in several committees in both the Edo State House of Assembly and the House of Representatives including the Special Committee on Constitution Review
From 2016 till date he has been a
CONSULTANT to the House of Representatives Special Committee On The Review of Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999(as amended).
He also served briefly as an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR at the Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited in charge of Marketing and Business Development.
Since leaving public office Samson Osagie has been engaged in rigorous and flourishing Legal Practice and Consultancy Services to various sector clients.
He is married with children.

A1994 graduate of the Faculty of Law from the University of Benin, Benin city. He was called to the Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in I995.He worked with the Legal Department of the National Electoral Commission of Nigeria (NECON now NEC). Abuja 1995 — 1996. He joined the Law Firm of Izinyon SAN & Co., Abuja where he rose to the position of the Deputy Head of Chambers 1996 — 2000. He is an active and participating member of the International Bar Association (IBA). He was conferred with the privilege of Notary Public by the Chief Justice of Nigeria. Also, he has been consultant to several MDA, including Infrastructure Concession and Regulatory Commission, National Sports Commission; Federal Ministry of Sports & Youth Development etc., (Member of several Ad-hoc Ministerial committees). He holds a Masters’ Degree in Law (LL.M.) from the University of Abuja.
Ekpenisi Omorotionmwan, Esq.
LL.B.(Hons), B.L., B.Sc.(Hons), M.Sc., FNSPS
A 1994 graduate of the University of Benin, Benin City, he was called to the Nigerian Bar as Solicitor and Advicate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2008 haven graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree from the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State.
Ekpenisi also holds a Bachelor’s Degree, B.Sc. in Political Science & Public Administration (1994) and a Masters Degree, M.Sc. in Public Administration (1998) both from the University of Benin, Benin City. He was a former Commissioner Of Education, Edo State.
He is a Legal Practitioner with the firm of Samson Ima-Osagie & Associates and heads the Corporate and Property Law division.

Osarobo Julius Onaghise, Esq is a young and prolific Litigation and Property Lawyer. He heads the Benin City Office of Samson Ima-Osagie & Associates. He combines his sound knowledge and experience in Legal practice which he acquired during his service year with the firm Ahmed Raji, SAN in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory to provide cutting edge Legal services to a large number of individual Clients in Edo State.
Osarobo Julius Onaghise Esq graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Benin and was called to the Nigerian Bar as Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2017.
Bright Okoliko Williams Esq.
A Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Kogi State University, Anyigba, Kogi State. Was called to the Nigeria bar as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2020.
As a very proficient and intelligent lawyer, he worked as an under graduate intern with Stanley Okpara & Co in Kojor Motors House Mabushi Abuja. he served in Nasarawa State during his NYSC programme in the High Court of Justice Karu Division as Legal Assistant to the Chief Judge between 2018 and 2019. He joined U. J Umoru & Co Chambers in Trinity House Mabushi-Abuja in September 2020, Olufunsho Isaac & Co Chambers 2021 and Karina Tunyan SAN in December, 2021at WUSE 2, Abuja. And currently a Legal Practitioner with the firm of Samson-Ima Osagie & Associates (Law & Justice Chambers) with a flare for litigations generally and specialized in Civil, Criminal, Family law, Intellectual law, Property & Corporate law practice.
Sunita Ugochi Alaribe Esq.
A Graduate of the Faculty of Law from University Institute for Peace and Development for Africa, Benin Republic. Got called to the Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2021, she holds a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law from Ahmadu Bello University zaria (ABU).
In a bid to have hands on experience in law practice, she worked as an under graduate intern with B.B Michika & Associates in Abuja. She served in kaduana state during her NYSC programme at EXCELLENCIAL LEGAL CONSULT Legal in the Department of Legal Drafting between 2017 and 2018. She joined Amobi Nzelu & Co (Chineye Chambers) Abuja in August 2021. Sunita is a Legal Practitioner with the firm of Samson-Ima Osagie & Associates (Law & Justice Chambers) with a strong focus in Civil, Criminal & Corporate law practice.
Roseline Osarugue Osunde

Roseline Osarugue Osunde Esq is a Graduate of the University of Benin, Benin City. She was called to the bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2022, she is also an Associate Member of the institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators and has served as an Nysc Legal Associate in the Legal department for corporate services of the National health insurance authority abuja (2022-2023)
As a passionate and diligent Lawyer with the desire to gain cutting edge expertise in legal practice and providing proficient legal services and effective solutions she joined Yakubu Philemon (SAN) & Co and also worked with J.J Usman (SAN) & Co as a Legal Practitioner in 2023.
